Kruger Galleries Chicago and Marfa are rooted in an avant-garde idéal that art can be an agent for political and social change. While Kruger Gallery Chicago operates under a conventional commercial gallery model representing mostly emerging artists working in a variety of media and design, Kruger Gallery Marfa focuses on the more non-commercial practices of art including performance, video, sound and installation.

Kruger Gallery Marfa opened on Friday, October 9, 2015 with “Translating Place” an exhibiton featuring Adrian Esparza and Min Sun Lee.
